    Our ideal candidate will: 

    · Have excellent communication and customer service skills 

    · Have a friendly and positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills

    · Have great problem solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    · Have a love for working with and helping not just animals, but people too 

    · Have an understanding of animal welfare (animal handling experience or qualification would be advantageous)

    · Have excellent administration and organisation skills 

    · Flexibility in working hours, be willing and able to cover/swap shifts as required 

    · Have excellent computer skills, including experience with POS programmes and invoices 

    · Be proactive and enjoy working in a team environment 

    · Demonstrate empathy and resilience
