We are seeking motivated, strong communicators to provide exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone.
About the role
Although you will be part of a team, you will work as an individual to quickly build rapport with a diverse range of people including those in vulnerable situations who need urgent assistance. In line with legislation and policy you will respond to client requests for information and support.
You will work full time rostered shifts with varying times within the below days and timeframes:
Your warm welcoming approach, manaakitanga and exceptional people skills will allow you to know and understand your clients with ease. This understanding enables you to work in partnership with clients to help them achieve their goals.
You’ll bring a high level of personal integrity, initiative, whakawhanāungatanga, and a strong people focus to the role. You’ll be comfortable navigating your way around computer systems. You are curious and like to uncover details, using your analysis skills to find the cause of the problem and finding solutions.
