Customer Service Representatives, Wellington Contact Centre – Lower Hutt

We are seeking motivated individuals, with excellent communication skills to provide a high level of customer service to Work and Income clients over the phone.
As a Customer Service Representative in our Wellington Contact Centre (Lower Hutt), you will quickly build rapport with a diverse range of people including those in vulnerable situations who need urgent assistant. You will respond to clients’ requests for information and support in line with legislation and policy.
To do well in this role you must have:
You must be able to work full time rostered shifts with varying times within the below days and timeframes
