We are seeking part time administrators who has a passion for working with people and systems, to join our team in the key role of Customer Service Administrator.

We are now seeking 2 part time strong administrators to join our team in the Customer Service team, based at our Merivale premises, to provide outstanding customer service over the phone. This permanent position, working on a rostered basis over 7 days, between the hours of 7:00am to 10.00pm.
The role involves answering a large volume of calls, processing client and staff enquiries in an efficient, friendly manner. As well as, entering data and processing client information, using in-house systems, providing administration support to the team, and general office duties.
The successful applicant will have previous experience in an administrative position or similar, have a friendly and professional phone manner and excellent conversational English. You will be computer-savvy, with sound knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and have the ability to learn new programmes quickly. Initiative and efficiency are integral – we need someone with a friendly, empathetic outlook, who can hit the ground running!
