Right now,we are looking for a Customer Services Administrator to become part of our institutions supporting our vision and values.

About the role – TeKaupapa

We are looking for an experienced Customer Services Administrator to work on the Property Services help desk.

The position is based at Whitireia in Porirua, but the successful candidate will sometimes need to work at Weltec in Petone to cover staff absences at that site.

The Property Services helpdesk includes:

  • Co-ordinating daily work requests by phone or the Service Now online system
  • Liaising with contractors to attend where in-house staff are unable to undertake repairs
  • Responding to general queries from staff and students who visit the Campus Services office
  • Financial reporting including the processing of purchase orders and invoices
  • Vehicle bookings and fleet management

To be successful in this role you will be an excellent team player, competent across the Office 365 suite, have had previous experience in a busy property/facilities helpdesk, be competent with financial systems, be customer focused and have a working knowledge of property management.
