The Role: Kaitohu Whakauru Tauhokohoko / Enrolments and Outbound Manager This role is responsible for upholding and maintaining all customer centric processes, systems and structure within the enrolments and screening teams. You and your team will assist our customers to book on to the right course at the right time and ensure their pre course experience is respectful, and our customers are well supported and prepared for a positive Outward Bound experience. What You'll Be Doing: Reporting to the Kaitohu Pakihi Hononga l Head of Commercial and Outreach, you will lead a small team of enrolments specialists and medical screeners - holding oversight for all course types. What We Need from You: Forward planning experience with a long term as well as short term view of courses and responsibility for maximising course fill. Able to identify course fill risk and churn. Implementing future focused mitigation strategies with support from the Kaitohu Pakihi Hononga l Head of Commercial and Outreach. Can identify markets for revenue opportunities, developing these relationships and/or passing leads to the Outreach team. Proactively works alongside the Marketing team with campaigns directly targeting opportunities for revenue growth. Collaborative member and contributor of the Outward Bound Strategic Forum l Waka Kuaka. Inspiring leader of the enrolments and screening team to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service. Supporting Outward Bound's digital journey to enable Outward Bound to digitise its external engagement with students pre and post course.
