Customer Services Representative – On Call

In this dynamic role:

  • You will greet customers face to face in our Syd Bradley Road depot and assist in all types of queries
  • Customer queries can be diverse and some complexity exists; you will act with the customer front of mind while working with our business policies and procedures to get the best possible outcomes
  • We will provide you with the environment to problem solve and opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement, always looking for a way to do the same things better.
  • You’re all about benefits not products, achievements not services. You know how to talk to customers to make them feel like we are on the same page and working towards a shared solution.
  • Some of the key things you’ll possess to successfully perform this role include:

  • Available and flexible to work on call Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm and Saturdays as required 
  • Customer service experience will equip you with the capabilities to deal with complex and diverse customer queries
  • You’re comfortable using a computer and various programmes
  • A natural ability to communicate with your team mates and customers which develops trust and understanding is key.
  • Be confident dealing with customer complaints and have the know-how to make customers feel heard and confident that you will find a solution for them no matter how complex their query 
  • You can work under-pressure, see change as opportunity and can make good decisions with or without all the necessary information
