About the role

You’ll be joining a team of experts in a friendly and diverse office environment with free onsite parking. In this exciting opportunity you will provide efficient and effective handling of all customs E-Commerce clearances and will liaise on a daily basis with MPI and NZ Customs. Critical to your success in this role is your ability to work closely with, and support the strategies and goals of NZ Post and our International team. You’ll have Customs broker support experience and proficiency in Cargowise One (NZ version). We’re looking for someone who can champion service excellence and business improvement, and who can communicate ideas and information clearly and concisely.
