You will be involved in workshops and detailed technical discovery sessions as well as writing up technical designs and helping to manage the delivery either yourself or with our wider functional/pm/test teams.What you’ll do Deliver software solutions utilising the Dynamics 365 technology suite. Gain understanding of customers’ needs and collaborate with other consultants and support teams to complete design and testing documentation. Develop complex software solutions requiring the use of high-level programming knowledge Get involved with all levels of CRM development activities which include understanding requirements, interacting with customer, development, unit testing, usability testing, creating supporting documentation, administration and support. Continually develop expertise and broader skill sets to provide additional capabilities and value to Datacom and our clients What you’ll bringYou’ll be comfortable with all relevant technical possibilities of Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (CRM), and have a desire to understand the customer’s problem to ultimately craft and design solutions for the many and varied challenges you’ll face.You’ll have: Strong technical knowledge of Dynamics CRM (including D365) and development experience with Microsoft technologies including; .NET C#, JavaScript, webservices, azure service bus etc. Experience gathering technical requirements, identifying solutions and producing quality technical designs, both within Dynamics 365, Power Platforms and in the wider context of digital business transformations Solid experience in driving customer facing engagements from a technical perspective Advanced understanding of integration concepts, CRM design paradigms and a curiosity to learn about the new D365 capabilities The desire and ability to coach and work with technical staff as a team to maximise team performance and satisfaction To ApplyHit the “Apply now” button and submit your CV and cover letter – it’s as simple as that.
