Be the Marketing lead for the 360 project and the face of the project to internal stakeholders.

Report to the Head of Data and Marketing Planning, and make a significant contribution by creating better insights infrastructure for our marketing and the wider business
About the role: As a Data Planning Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead a programme and build the infrastructure of a customer database that brings together multiple data feeds.
Manage the database to ensure information is readily and easily accessible
Manage assorted marketing research projects providing insight and recommendation to the marketing team
Ensure customer data is collected and managed in accordance with ANZ policies
Drive strategic direction and decisions to protect customer information, while used across a broad range of stakeholders.
Develop strong working relationships with business partners to build the database, to enable insights for the wider business
Identify, monitor and manage project risks, issues and dependencies
Demonstrate ANZ values and build a customer-centric culture, fostering collaboration across marketing stakeholder’s teams and business units
Demonstrate effective stakeholder management and communication
Ensure all services delivered complies with ANZ Group policies, processes and standards and with external regulatory requirements

Strong knowledge and understanding of data management and analytics
Solid experience in market research with demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing and reporting on market research initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders across a spectrum of seniority in a fast-paced environment
Excellent negotiation, influencing and change management skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills, including strong ability to interpret customer insights into initiatives.
Strong people & supplier management skills; excellent interpersonal and communication (written + verbal) skills.
