About the Role:
Based in Wiri, the Support Technician DC Services is charged with the administration and maintenance of hardware and software solutions that meet business objectives. The role works across all IS activities at the DC. You will be part of a team with a high degree of face-to-face client contact where exceptional customer service is very important.
The hours of work are rostered monthly to support the DC operations which operates 24/7 and can include weekends and on-call. Demonstrate a high level of technical leadership and solid business acumen; With a keen willingness to share and mentor other members of your team.
