Job Description

Based in Wiri, the Support Technician DC Services is charged with the administration and maintenance of hardware and software solutions that meet business objectives. The role works across all IS activities at the DC. You will be part of a team with a high degree of face-to-face client contact where exceptional customer service is very important.

Duties include

  • Windows desktop administration, IS equipment maintenance (printers, RF guns, RF network)
  • Manhattan/TOLAS (Warehouse Management System) application support.
  • You will not only deeply care what and why you deliver but also take intense pride in how. The hours of work are rostered to support the DC operations which operate 24/7 and can include weekends and on-call.
  • Demonstrate a high level of technical leadership and solid business acumen; With a keen willingness to share and mentor other members of your team.

Qualifications

  • IT Tertiary and or relevant industry qualification (MCSA: Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate)
  • 3 – 5 years of experience, knowledge and understanding of the IT industry environment.
  • ITIL Qualification ( nice to have)
