The role

As a Department Co-ordinator you will be responsible for providing administrative support and services to the Bank’s Head of Communications and Head of Risk, their managers and teams. This includes diary and email management, meeting and event management, budget support, travel and office management activities. 

You’ll report to the Head of Departments and have a close working relationship with the Group Executive Assistant. Supporting the Group EA and the wider Executive Support team, you’ll work collaboratively across the Bank to ensure consistent delivery of support services, policies and practices, along with developing, implementing and refining office management systems and processes.

Above all, you’ll be a highly motivated individual who demonstrates the initiative, confidence and experience of working to support senior level managers. You’ll have a team focused approach to work, with a strong commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. You’ll demonstrate your strong planning and organisational skills and have absolute discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
