We are looking for a Desktop Engineer to join our friendly Client Services team on a permanent basis.
The Client Services team is based in the Information Services unit and is responsible for 1st and 2nd level Service Desk support and is the custodian of NZQA’s Desktop, Laptop and Peripheral platforms.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
If you have experience in:
- Service request fulfilment
- Expertise in diagnosing, investigating and resolving incidents and problems
- Experience with Windows 10 and Office 365
And have top notch client service skills, then this is the role for you!
NZQA is accountable for managing the New Zealand Qualifications Framework, administering the secondary school assessment system, independent quality assurance of non-university education providers, qualifications recognition and standard setting for some specified unit standards.
NZQA has a goal to be a Te Reo Māori learning organisation by 2020.
