One of our talented Digital Business Analysts is heading off on parental leave shortly, so we are now on the hunt for someone who can seamlessly slot in to our awesome in-house Digital team who design and develop digital products and services for our customers. It’s a great time to join us as we create stunning responsive websites, apps and digital interfaces that touch the lives of all New Zealanders.
As a Digital BA, you’ll work in an Agile Scrum team and play a key role in the delivery of our digital roadmap. You’ll use your experience working with Product Owners, UX Researchers and subject matter experts to prepare user stories ready for the Scrum team. You’ll also collaborate with Domain Architects, UX/UI Designers, Developers and Testers to execute against product roadmaps and release plans by detailing requirements.
What will you need to be successful in this role?
Living and breathing the Agile values and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our agile practice is a must, along with being a good listener and being able to easily build rapport. You’ll need to be dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers, and be an expert at sensing what is needed to accomplish goals and eliminating any roadblocks along the way.
You will need to demonstrate your confidence with managing digital capabilities, roadmaps and multiple stakeholders and being an innovative thinker and fantastic communicator.
