We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Internal Communication Team as we embark on developing new approaches to delivering internal content for optimum engagement and improving our collaboration tools.
As our next digital channels advisor, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of DOC’s internal digital channels
The functions of this role will also include:
The successful candidate will ideally have approximately 5 years’ experience supporting content management systems, be a capable multi-tasker, able to work quickly, manage conflicting priorities and get work done to a high standard. A focus on customer service is key in this role.
Experience in a helpdesk or contact centre environment is desirable but not essential.
