We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Internal Communication Team as we embark on developing new approaches to delivering internal content for optimum engagement and improving our collaboration tools.


The Role

As our next digital channels advisor, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of DOC’s internal digital channels

The functions of this role will also include:

  • Regularly monitoring, analysing, and reviewing user interface, site responsiveness, functionality and content management system(s) to ensure they are fit for purpose
  • Provide guidance and advice to digital channel publishers and owners of internal digital-based content as required
  • Provide advice on user-centric design, usability, and accessibility requirements for online content
  • Edit and load internal digital content
  • Provide Content Management System training to new content owners


About You

The successful candidate will ideally have approximately 5 years’ experience supporting content management systems, be a capable multi-tasker, able to work quickly, manage conflicting priorities and get work done to a high standard.  A focus on customer service is key in this role.

Experience in a helpdesk or contact centre environment is desirable but not essential.
