About the Role: This is an exciting role, where you will be required to keep up the pace with ever growing digital interactions and CX expectations. Responsibilities include; The ability to deliver the omni-channel strategy, through a digital first self-service model Leading the Digital Enablement team to provide excellent customer experiences through the efficient creation of compelling digital content and continuous improvement of digital channels Accountable for developing and overseeing the UX and UI strategy, including external vendors, content strategy across all digital customer channels Ensuring there is strong communication and collaboration within the CX Delivery team, Customer and Digital Experience group and the wider CX division Drive operational effectiveness and efficiency by optimising business processes and building strong relationships with all key stakeholders About You: You will bring: Bold ambitious, someone who looks for innovative ways to deliver business outcomes A superior communicator with a growth mindset Ability to be customer oriented while maintaining a delivery focus An agile team player through and through, you are dedicated to continually improve processes to achieve high quality outcomes Adept at relationship-building, maintaining effective partnerships, and influencing without positional authority.
