Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
Te Hau Ora – Digital Portfolio has been established to provide greater visibility and enhanced governance of digitally and technology enabled change to support the development of Waka Kotahi. The Digital Portfolio Office is a pivotal part of delivering Te Hau Ora. Te Hau Ora team provides strategic direction and leadership for Waka Kotahi Digital and Technology Strategy, architecture and delivery. This includes leading multi-disciplinary matrix teams and taking significant programmes from concept through to financial close and benefits realisation.
The purpose of this position is to facilitate the planning and implementation of digitally enabled change through Te Hau Ora – Digital Portfolio to ensure increased value-add and benefits realisation for Waka Kotahi. This role operates at a portfolio level ensuring the effective governance, visibility, and oversight of a significant change programme and plays a key lead role to ensure optimum operations of Te Hau Ora Digital Portfolio and its governance bodies.
You will ensure financial aspects, execution performance and benefits realization are well analysed and tracked. You will be a key communicator and advisor to the Te Hau Ora team and the business, continuously improving frameworks and processes.
