We are seeking an experienced operational change implementation leader who will work collaboratively across the Ministry to ensure the development and delivery of effective and efficient change programmes and projects, focusing on the implementation of change.


The Director Change Implementation will work across Service Delivery and the wider Ministry to lead the Centre of Excellence for operational change. This will ensure all major change programmes and projects are not only effectively implemented but widely adopted.


You will have proven experience and ability to link strategic objectives to operations, ensuring achievable deliverables and positive outcomes.


As an experienced Director Change Implementation, you’ll be responsible for;


  • Creating change management approaches and plans as part of major projects and change programmes
  • Implementing and delivering the change management components necessary to drive successful change programmes
  • Providing integrated change support to key business initiative’s
  • Undertaking risk assessments to identify potential hazards and road blocks
  • Successfully coordinating the communication, engagement and training activities to enable rapid adoption of change.


To be successful in this role you’ll need to have a real passion for change and supporting people to understand and accept changes. You’ll have extensive experience in leading and implementing change in order to bring your expertise in change management methodologies, tools and principles to a variety of major change programmes. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and structured planning approach are critical to ensure new practices, processes and ways of working are embedded in our change programmes.
