Our Customer Solutions Group builds awareness of NZTE’s offer and powers up New Zealand businesses by providing fast and flexible matching to expertise, funding, knowledge and experiences. We are seeking applications for a Director Customer Capability who will lead the design and oversee delivery of capability building solutions for New Zealand’s export businesses. This is a senior leadership role that offers you significant scope to contribute to the success of some of New Zealand’s most innovative export businesses and grow your knowledge and connections across globally spread networks. He aha tāu e mahi ana | What you’ll be doing: You will cultivate a customer-centric and collaborative team that works with agility, flexibility and pace. You will be a credible and highly capable leader and member of the Customer Solutions leadership team actively contributing to the strategy, direction and overall leadership of the Customer Solutions group. You will use data and insights from a range of sources to stay informed of customers’ needs and make quality decisions on what is most important to focus on to achieve real impact. You’ll build a clear and compelling vision and programme of work that key stakeholders understand and support. You’re innovative, have a product design track record and can not only develop and implement strategies for building customer capability, but also understand the need for prioritisation and synergy between offerings and efficient delivery to customers. A keen relationship builder and savvy collaborator, you’ll also demonstrate the ability to secure resources from a range of networks and subject matter experts, ensuring alignment of everyone involved.
