Several years ago Massey University became Rainbow Tick certified and we are looking to further our commitment to gender and sexually diverse members of the Massey community through the establishment of a Diversity and Inclusion Advisor role with a specific focus on enhancing the experience and outcomes of gender and sexually diverse students.
The role will be based within the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Students and Alumni and specifically with the University Student Services portfolio. The incumbent will be a key member of a productive and collaborative team working to create a learning, living and social environment at the University that enables all students to achieve their potential.
This role will have a wide reach working with, and for, gender and sexually diverse students across our three physical campuses, online across New Zealand, and around the world. We are looking for someone with a personal commitment to, and enthusiasm for all diversity and inclusion issues who wants to make a difference in the lives of our tauira.
