We are now seeking your interest in the Domain Lead (L2) role for the Business Architecture team within Strategic Architecture. Noting there are two positions for this role, together you will be responsible for a team of Design Architects, a Principal Change Analyst, the Solution Analysis practice and the Delivery Analysis practice. Jointly the two Domain Leads will work together to enable change across IR’s wider ecosystem ensuring all change initiatives are in line with IR’s strategic direction.
This role balances the needs of being an expert with broad knowledge of how IR operates and leading a small team. It is a busy role and there will be more demand than time available to respond to requests. The ability to juggle and delegate will be paramount to your success. You will be recognised as a senior leader within IR because of your ability to get things done and be a reliable source of solid advice.
