About the role
Our Fuji Xerox team in Auckland is on the lookout for an Education Support Coordinator to join their team. Reporting to the Auckland Education Team Leader, this position will be responsible for assisting the ownership of a clients’ portfolio and becoming the critical link between FXNZ and the Customer. This position will also be responsible for supporting the Education Account Managers, meeting with customers regularly, providing AOG reporting as and when required, identifying opportunities to add value to a customer’s business, and improving existing services.
