Electrical Service Technician needed to maintain and repair catering equipment to a high standard.

About Role:
Provide technical support and customer service onsite to customers in the Hospitality and Catering industries.

  • Action scheduled maintenance and urgent repairs 
  • Trouble shoot and diagnose faults
  • Liaise with clients and ensure a first-class service delivery when on-site
  • Build relationships with customers
  • Supply training on care and handling of equipment to customers and service agents
  • Plan to ensure materials and correct tools are in place
  • Service the Auckland area with occasional travel required

    • Full training will be provided to the right candidate, though preference will be given to technicians with industry experience that can hit the ground running.

  • Previous experience in at least one of the following areas – Gas, Refrigeration and Electrical
