The team

The IdAM and PKI team monitors, manages and continually improves a secure, reliable platform which enables NZDF to manage digital identities and enforce access rights. PKI provides digital certificate management including issuance, distribution, storage and revocation enabling encryption, digital signature identification and other capabilities.

The role

As an Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring IdAM & PKI systems as well as providing support for incidents, problems and changes. You will have key involvement in the development of new products and product enhancements – supported by the rest of your team.  You will work, from time to time, with other product teams to ensure that mutually beneficial goals are achieved.

Technical skills

Knowledge of,exposure to or a desire to learn the following:

  • Identity and access management technologies and platforms;
  • Active directory;
  • SAP identity management;
  • Cryptographic e.g. HSM;
  • Enterprise PKI.

Experience

  • An IT related degree or certification; and/or;
  • Worked in an IT environment;
  • Experience with IT Security is advantageous;
  • Azure Fundamental and other relevant Microsoft certifications is advantageous.
