With a large program of infrastructure projects on the horizon, it couldn’t be a better time to join our Waikato/Bay of Plenty Team. Our recently combined team includes over 40 staff committed to delivering great outcomes for our clients and communities in the region.

We are investing heavily in the region and are moving into brand new offices in Hamilton, located in the heart of the CBD. Designed with growth in mind, the office will showcase our architecture and interior design capabilities to deliver a space to enable true collaborative delivery.

We have opportunities across all markets, but are especially focused on growing our Water and Transport teams.

The role:

• Deliver an exceptional client experience for new and existing clients
• Deliver technical outcomes on three waters and transport infrastructure projects 
• Undertaking project investigations, feasibility studies, concept, preliminary and detailed design work and report writing,
• Contract administration and MSQA
• Managing a variety of small to medium sized projects, across the Waikato/Bay of Plenty and further afield

About you:

• Track record of delivering an exceptional client experience to local clients
• Proven experience in delivering infrastructure design projects and good understanding of NZ industry standards 
• The ability to take technical lead on projects, coordinate resources and ensure project outcomes and client expectations are met
• The ability to be client facing, with an eye for business development opportunities
• A proactive and collaborative attitude
• Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues concisely
• Relevant tertiary qualification.
