Organisational Planning, Performance & Governance supports the Chief Executive, the Leadership Team and its Ministers in developing the Ministry’s overall strategic direction, providing an organisation-wide view of performance, and ensuring robust accountability to ensure that the Ministry can achieve its objectives.

About the Role
This Executive Assistant position is more than just diary management. You’ll be an important member of our leadership team and will be encouraged to add value and show initiative. As an EA, you need to be intuitive to the GM’s needs as well as support the team’s two other managers with recruitment and pitch in where required. Your approachability and excellent interpersonal communication skills will be an asset.
The General Manager you will be responsible for is professional, hard working, and focussed on delivering a large work programme. She is enthusiastic, forthright, and enjoys a laugh, and also expects a high level of support when required. You will need to be two steps ahead to support this busy General Manager with her varied and fast paced work programme. She is looking for an Executive Assistant who is dynamic and has a high level of initiative.
