• Permanent role, National Office, Wellington
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who understands what it’s like working in a busy, dynamic and complex environment. Reporting to the General Manager Pacific and Community Capability Programmes, which sits within Māori, Communities and Partnerships Group, you’ll provide a full range of executive support services where your days are varied, and the team are fun.
This new opportunity will suit a self-managing professional who is comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and easily build rapport. Your primary focus will be to provide daily organising and time management and prepare documentation for the General Manager, as well as organise internal and external stakeholder meetings for the wider team.
Whether you’re arranging travel or booking and attending stakeholder meetings, you’ll do it all with your natural flair and unflappable manner. You will be a key member of the team working with leadership to foster a positive work environment.
To succeed in this role, you will no doubt have worked with senior leaders, be proficient across the suite of Microsoft products and not be afraid to try new ways of working. We offer a collaborative team environment, flexible working and the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of all New Zealanders.
