We are seeking an individual who recognises clients are central to our organisation, staff are our number one asset and enabling people to be safe, strong and independent is our vision.
 
As Executive Assistant to the Regional Commissioner Central you will often act as the first point of contact with people both internal and external, so reflecting these principles is essential in the role.
 
 
We are seeking someone who is self-managing, is comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and has an unflappable approach in stressful situations.  They will need to engage with a range of stakeholders and demonstrate smart, vibrant, and engaging communication skills.  They will also need to be self-managing with the ability to keep things moving, without the direct input from your manager to ensure deadlines are met.
 
 
The role involves providing diary and email management, organising stakeholder meetings, arranging travel and preparing documentation.  You will also contribute to the wider regional team to ensure everything runs smoothly and all team systems and processes are as efficient as possible.
 
 

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate: 

  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Experience with proactive diary management
  • Proficiency in using Word, Excel and Outlook
  • A reputation for being friendly, efficient and focussed on quality
