We are seeking a dynamic, creative and career focused Executive Chef to lead our Kitchen team, ensuring a smooth and efficient kitchen operation. This position will suit a down to earth chef who has a contemporary approach to delivering an exceptional culinary experience to our guests.
You will have:
A modern approach and flair for menu planning and design;
A confident and creative cooking style with a strong emphasis on quality and presentation;
Experience in high volume catering for Conferences & Events;
The ability to deliver consistent, high quality food whilst maintaining food costs;
A strong understanding of rostering and costings;
A flexible approach in adapting to guest requests;
The ability to lead & develop a motivated cohesive brigade;
Strong time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
