As a Facilities Management (FM) Officer with Inland Revenue you will be part of the Hamilton Campus based team that support the smooth running of our large organisation by attending to essential day-to-day office and facilities management duties.
You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and computer based tasks including: mail and courier collection and distribution, meeting and conference room support, general administrative assistance, building faults, and much, much more! The team is totally customer focused so you will need to have the same attitude and approach as well as be hungry to learn and work in both a team and individual unsupervised environment.
Physical strength is required for moving conference facilities around, distributing courier boxes and completing the scheduled mail runs and you will have the chance to use your initiative and time management skills each day. You will be required to be sited in any one of the two offices within the Hamilton Campus
