File Management and Transcription (FM&T) Service is an integral part of the Service group. The FM&T service delivers support to front line staff and victims, by supporting the delivery of File Management Centre (FMC) services to the district, and assisting with the transition to a nationally consistent model. The service has been centrally managed since 1 October 2019, and we require experienced staff to support us in the new structure.
The Service group is looking for an engaged and highly motivated leader to support the Regional Manager and provide oversight to the FMC team. This is a Permanent role as File Management Supervisor.
It is our preference that the applicant will be available to start as soon as possible. The FM&T transition activities are underway, however we still require ongoing support for these as well as the FM&T day to day activities.
