We are looking for an experienced Financial Administration Officer to take sole charge for all financial administration duties relating to our thriving National Waste Solutions division in OCS .
This is a Permanent Full-Time position, reporting to the National Waste Solutions Manager.
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
Monitor subcontracting costs, expenditures and sales-subcontracting revenue.
Analyse profit and loss report using SAP software and Power BI.
Prepare and produce costs, revenue accruals and adjustment journals for monthly report.
Raise purchase orders for subcontracting costs and expenditures for processing payments.
Process movement in goods out (MIGO) following authority matrix into the system.
Raise sale orders/invoices manually following authority mark-up rates.
Raise credit notes to clients as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
Reconcile accounts to apply credit notes from subcontractors.
Ensure all weekly and monthly reporting completed for internal and external key clients within agreed timeframe.
Verify recorded expenditures and revenue and report irregularities to the National Waste Solutions Manager.
Process all sales contracts, amendments, order forms and new customer files for OCS business.
Collection of waste data and entry into monthly waste report for client.
Prepare reports on Customer/Quality audits.
Ensure all audits and quality systems are completed in line with quality systems.
Assist with monthly national account reporting.
Respond to customer queries and issues relating to accounts, invoices, payments and follow up where necessary to ensure all issues or queries are resolved.
Complete any ad hoc duties as requested by the Senior Management
Skills and experience required:
At least 1 year of relevant experience. Relevant tertiary qualifications desirable.
Proficiency in the use of accounting softwares, SAP and Power BI experience is preferred.
You are a star multi-tasker, able to prioritize “urgent” requests left, right and centre, all whilst maintaining excellent standards of service to internal and external customers.
You have medium to advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly having the ability to generate and create professional reports using Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and a history of picking up new applications quickly.
Your attention to detail is second to none as you live the value of getting details right the first time as a way to increase business efficiency.
