You will play a key role in the fight to protect against Covid-19 Fixed-term until 31st December 2021 0.4 FTE – 1 FTE available Across North Shore sites Flow Coordinator role: The primary tasks for this role are to work in collaboration with the clinical teams to ensure patients’ journeys through the Vaccination site/process are as smooth as possible and without any unnecessary delays. You will be an ambassador for the Vaccination sites and programme. You will support the team in a multi-disciplinary environment. COVID Immunisation Registration and Support: In this role, you will be the First point of contact greeting patients and answering questions. You will be managing the COVID Immunisation Register registration process, including confirming and data entry of consumer/ patient identity, providing vaccination/ COVID-19 information and FAQs, consent pack processing and directing the consumers to the Privacy Statement. You will also be recording the vaccine details on the CIR, providing the vaccination card and advising the consumers when they can depart the recovery room. Experience in health setting will be beneficial such as Medical Receptionist or Clinic Coordinator would be advantageous.
