We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and experienced events person to join our close-knit team. You will have a proven track record in relationship building and a good knowledge in logistics planning, who can help drive the business in this highly competitive market. Te Papa Venues runs multiple functions and events daily so we need someone that can handle the pressure of a busy, always constant and on the go role. Experience in working with Ungerboeck Software, CAD Planner and Microsoft Visio are always a plus!
You will work closely with other Teams within Te Papa Venues to co-ordinate events and functions to our Venues brand standards. You are responsible for the end to end process – coordinating all aspects from planning, overseeing delivery and follow-up and feedback. As time allows, you will assist with new business opportunities to support the rest of the team.
Ideally you have a passion for creating WOW factor functions and events and have highly effective planning and organisational skills to juggle the various demands on your time.
This is a permanent position, and we are looking for the successful candidate to join our Team as soon as possible.
