Key requirements for the role include:

  • TAB/Gaming experience is essential for this role
  • A passion and desire to surprise and delight everyone that walks into the venue
  • To look the part and help to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time
  • To be great at building relationships with customers and team members
  • To be comfortable under pressure
  • The ability to be a team player
  • Being able to work evenings and weekends
  • An LCQ or managers licence would be ideal but not mandatory.
