Aderant, is a software house providing business management software for legal firms.  Our talented and enthusiastic staff mean that we have become a trusted partner to firms of all sizes, from boutique firms based in one office, to global organizations spanning four continents.  While our legacy has been providing on-premises software, we’re also embracing the opportunities presented by cloud services and taking advantage of them.

We are experienced in developing graduates, and have a proven development plan that includes lots of training, guidance and support. After 6 months you’ll ‘graduate’ from this, and then be expected to contribute equally alongside your team mates relative to your skill level and ability.

Responsibilities: 

Learn and follow best practice principles and standards of testing

Test and support high quality, commercial software products written in .Net, C# and other current tools and languages

Play an active and positive part in our team centric Agile methodology

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical skills – we’re a Microsoft shop so you’ll need skills in .Net / C# or another OO language

Passion – we want you to own it! You’ll be happy to live, eat, breathe and dream about making great software

Team work – you’ll love working and collaborating in a close knit team

Communication –sharing information, ideas and relating to your team, global peers and clients is really important

Qualifications – you’ll have recently completed an appropriate tertiary qualification
