Responsibilities: Oversee the Group’s financial consolidation, including the Group’s computations to comply with the requirements of NZ IFRS 16 and tax accounting.Review/prepare the Group’s annual statutory financial statements and interim financial statements in accordance with NZ IFRS and other regulatory requirements.Work with regional Financial Controllers and GM’s to review the performance across the business on a monthly basis.Lead and manage the preparation of accurate and timely consolidated accounts and forecasts for the group on a monthly basis.Manage the group’s overall cash flow position and cash flow forecasts, working closely with business FCs to ensure all funding requirements are met.Manage the performance of staff ensuring that the financial and payroll needs of the business are met across the Group. Core Competencies and Experience: 8-10 years’ experience in financial and commercial leadership rolesDemonstrated success leading the group consolidations and audit process in a complex or multinational businessPersonal and communication skills to build relationships across the organisation and influence senior managementTrack record of ‘can do’, ‘roll up sleeves’ action and results orientationExperience in a Retail/ FMCG/ Import/ Export business is advantageous
