Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will enjoy working as part of a large team on a rotating roster, in a fast-paced environment. Specifically you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards: + Provide a warm and welcoming check in/out experience for every guest, every time + Manage guest queries and feedback in a genuine and professional manner + Inform our guests of all the extraordinary activities Queenstown and the surrounding region has to offer + Use your influencing skills to upsell products and services to maximize our sales revenues + Use your unique personality to bring the Light & Warmth of Hospitality to the Front Office ** What are we looking for? ** In your new role, you will be working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
