We’re constantly changing and innovating and we are seeking an experienced manager with a background in Supply Chain Management and S&OP to join our Leadership team in Auckland.

Reporting to the Associate Director CS&L for Australia New Zealand and Japan, you will provide improved value and service to the customer and increase supply chain efficiency through delivering Best-in-Class customer service excellence, controlling inventories and optimizing cost through end to end supply chain. In addition to this you will lead and manage 10 direct reports who belong to the customer implants, demand and third party warehouse teams to make up the greater NZ Supply chain team.

**Qualifications**

As the preferred candidate you will be degree qualified with solid experience across demand planning, supply chain management, logistics operations and budget ownership. Your proven ability to effectively manage customer and key stakeholder relationships while delivering against your KPIs with a continuous improvement mindset is essential. Sound experience as a senior manager in customer facing roles ideally within an FMCG company is a must.
