Which can include other solutions such as: Commercialise the Insights value propositions (Ignite suite): how we turn high level into deep insights, at the speed needed for relevance to customer.Deliver insights revenue/new business outcomes that represent growth over prior periodsSet the plan and own the result to make EFX NZ truly differentiate on insights.Provide vision, market development and subject matter expertise to the deployment of insights into EFX product/solutions layers and therefore uptake by customers.A true insight is relevant for a customer because it tells them at least one of the following:Something relevant to their business they didn’t already knowAbout trends that may impact their businessHow their business compares to peers.What are we looking for?Tertiary qualification in Business, Applied Science or related disciplineBroad commercial experience from a variety of possible fields: including negotiation, strategic market development, contract, M&AStrong leadership track record of strategic, consultative market development with a track record of being able to develop, present and close significant revenue opportunities10 years’ experience in credit risk management or related industry/analytical roles in consumer and/or commercial credit in the Banking and Finance IndustryStrong leadership experience and involvement in solution delivery projects including IT system implementations of credit risk/CRM systemsExcellent presentation and communication skills and the ability to tailor presentations according to the needs and varying levels of technical understanding of different audiencesAbility to lead, motivate and energise people to co-operate and perform to well defined strategic plansAbility to analyse key business information and able to harness value from meaningful customer insightsManaging multiple projects simultaneouslyExtra points for any of the following:Agile and Project Management skillsExperience with/exposure to the integration and operationalisation of data/scores/attributes into customer decisioning systemsGeneral experience in relating to the delivery of application Fraud and Identity solutionsSuccess attributes of an Equifax employee; does this describe you?AccountableBraveCuriousCollaborativeIndividualistTrustworthyDedicatedAt Equifax, there is no such thing as the ‘perfect candidate’Seeing responsibilities and competencies laid out on paper can be confronting.
