Our head office is in Albany, New Zealand and we have almost 300 staff located across New Zealand, Australia and the U.S.A.The RoleThis role has a strategic focus, designing and aligning our programmes of work with the growth strategy of EROAD, ensuring we continue to scale efficiently. The successful applicant will be competent at managing a team of Project Managers, Business Analysts and Business Intelligence engineers, providing project governance, and lifting business performance in a measurable way. Strong change management skills are vital for this role, with EROAD operating in a continuously changing environment. Our rapid growth presents a constant challenge, along with our acquisition strategy introducing change. The Head of Operational Excellence has a crucial role to play in our M&A activities. The role includes responsibility for our Operational Excellence and internal Business Intelligence capability.Requirements previous experience in leading organisational excellence previous experience building and delivering a focused operational excellence programme 5+ years commercial experience PMP Certification or equivalent work experience Demonstrated ability to lead both project and operational teams to successful outcomes Experience working in an Agile environment advantageous BenefitsWorking at EROAD means working in a job you love.
