We’re looking for a senior people leader to join us as the Head of Product Delivery.

Reporting to the Chief Digital and Information Officer, the Head of Product Delivery will lead, develop and coach a team (currently 8 direct and 4 indirect reports) who are delivering a range of technologies to WorkSafe.

You’ll take ownership of the delivery of projects to a high standard, within budget and timeframes, by utilising best practice design and the use of key strategic vendors.

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Proven leadership experience in a similar position or within a large, complex organisation
  • A commercial background, ideally within government
  • Solid background in managing large/complex digital projects and planning across technical and non-technical staff
  • Experience with Agile and other project methodologies
