Top Energy has operations throughout the Far North. The company is privately owned by a power consumer trust and employs staff in Geothermal Generation and Distribution Lines operations.
We are seeking a Health, Safety and Risk (HSR) Advisor to support the Health, Safety and Risk (HSR) Manager to provide overall H&S advice and information to the Top Energy Group. The HSR Advisor will provide administrative support and assistance to the HSR Manager to develop, implement and monitor effective risk and H&S policies, procedures and systems.
This position will report to the HSR Manager and will be based at our Kerikeri office.
Key areas of focus will be:
To succeed in this role, you will hold a National Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety Management Level 4 (or equivalent) qualification, with at least three years’ experience in administration within a multi-site or utility industry organisation. A good understanding of relevant legislation and of ISO standards and requirements is required. It is essential that you also have experience in engaging staff from across organisations and in instigating, leading and managing small internal projects.
