What you will do
The Health Systems Administrator is responsible for monitoring health systems performance and security, conducting health system maintenance and upgrade, providing system reporting, and providing advice and support (including training) to all Health system users and stakeholders.
The position will ensure high functioning health systems that meet the needs of NZDF health professionals.
What we need
Your experiences from working in an IT systems customer support role, providing level 1 and level 2 support to users, preferably within the health sector. You’ll have a good understanding of IT systems standards related to release management, document management and change managed.
You’ll be experienced with database administration and management, as well have an understanding of common languages such as VB and SQL. Your communication skills, ability to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and organisational skills are crucial to your success in this role.
