Our Buildings and Safety team have a fantastic fixed-term opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
This key role will be the primary contact point for all customer enquiries and maintenance requests. You will log all relevant requests to the appropriate business group or business partner to action, answer queries, follow up on outstanding work, work closely with the Buildings team and step in to lend a hand when required. You may also need to direct and advise customers to the appropriate resource and maintain workflows in the database. In addition, you will assist with the process to ensure that all contractors and trades people working on site are set up to do so in a seamless manner. Queries come in via a range of mediums – phone, email and in person so you should be comfortable juggling the daily demands of the role and responding professionally at every turn.

The appointing base salary range for this role is $51,954.00 – $60,872.00 (remuneration band extends beyond the appointing salary to account for tenure progression).
