About the role
As one of our HR Coordinators, you will be a key member of this small, delivery-driven team providing administrative and operational HR services to all Managers and employees across the organisation and to the HR team internally.   You will receive exposure to a broad range of HR areas including recruitment, remuneration, HR Systems and capability development.

About you
You will enjoy working in an environment that values your independent thinking, attention to detail and pride in your work. You will interact with all areas of the Ministry both onshore and offshore, so your ability to be flexible and responsive to people’s needs in this reactive role will help you to succeed. 

You will be naturally organised, good with technology, enthusiastic and always looking at ways to improve and do things better.  This role could suit an experienced administrator who has an interest in developing their HR career or a recent HR Graduate with good administration skills starting out in their career.
