We currently have an exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join our team with the HR Operations area. As a vital member of our HR team you will provide ongoing support to our HR advisors and managers and our hiring managers on a range of functions that fall within our end-to-end HR process.


Duties will include; workflow creation providing advice on HR policies and tools to managers, writing up letters of variations to terms & conditions, and, providing quality and timely advice to managers and their employees through a busy HR Help phone line and shared email inbox. This is a varied and busy role where no two days are the same so you will be required to provide exceptional support in a dynamic and fast moving environment..

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in the following:


  • Tertiary displine in HR or strong experience in administrative roles
  • A high aptitude for working with various systems
  • Able to multitask a range of activities with impeccable attention to detail
  • Be highly organised with strong time management skills
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills


This role will suit someone who is a recent HR Graduate or someone in the HR field looking for their next move. You’ll be someone who enjoys solving problems, is patient, skilled at explaining things clearly and who knows what it means to provide great service.


This is a fantastic opportunity for you to prove your ability as a seamless coordinator, offering support that is second to none and excelling in a position that is crucial to the working of the team. You must have the ability to know what’s important and work at a very quick pace.
