Within People & Wellbeing (P&W) as we continue to evolve our HR operating model to realise our aspirations, an exciting opportunity has been created for an experienced and highly motivated HR Manager to join our passionate senior leadership team, reporting through to the Chief People Officer.

In this role you will be responsible for the delivery and advancement of our operational HR advice, strategy and services.  With two direct reports and a range of HR specialists in your function, you will drive effective change and improvements to lift our strategic capability to deliver solutions that strengthen the Treasury and ensure we are fit for the future.  This includes a digital transformation of our operational services for a range of employee experiences and a strong commitment to ensure systems, processes and practices meet the highest risk and governance standards.  You will lift our technology, data and reporting capability to ensure it provides insights to drive our people strategy and the decisions made by the Treasury’s senior leadership team.

You will be a future-forward and HR systems thinker who has the ability to think big and broad.  You will work in unison with another HR Manager to support the achievement of wider integrated strategic objectives that supports change and contributes to building a high-performing Treasury.
