About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a self-driven and motivated individual to join Fuji Xerox New Zealand. Reporting to the Imaging & Archiving Supervisor, this role would be responsible to provide scanning, data entry and administrative services in a timely basis in order to achieve a high standard of data and image quality.

Other duties include:

  • To provide scanning, data entry and administrative services in a timely basis to achieve a high standard of data and image quality
  • Preparing and ordering documents in the required format
  • Responsible for delivering to SLA requirements
  • Prepare and scan documents
  • Accurately identify job preparation errors
  • The hours of work for this role would be 8.30am till 5pm.

    Skills & experience

  • Tech savvy and ability to pick things up quickly
  • Strong Data Capture skills
  • Great communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to follow documented processes
  • Experience with MS Office would be advantageous
